Shipping times

In this section we detail the maximum delivery times for purchases made through our website. Our shipments are managed to the address declared in the purchase process, so it is very important to record the exact details of the delivery address.

Peru

Lima: Districts Near Atelieres (up to 3 business days)

  • The city of Surco is located in the northwest of the country, and is bordered by the northwest of the country.
  • Purchases over S/ 199 include free shipping to these districts.
  • Purchases under S/ 199 do not include free shipping. The shipping cost is S/ 8.
  • The customer has the option of “Pick up in Store” as an alternative measure.

All of Peru (up to 7 business days)

  • All shipments to Lima districts not included in the list of “Lima Districts Near Atelieres”, as well as other provinces of Peru, are subject to a charge of S/ 20.
  • For purchases over S/ 499 the shipping cost is waived and becomes free .
  • Purchases under S/ 499 do not include free shipping . The shipping cost is S/ 20.

International

  • Purchases over S/. 999 include free shipping to any country in the world.
  • All shipments abroad that do not reach this amount are subject to a charge.
  • Shipping charges and delivery times depend on the country to which the order will be shipped.
  • Both the shipping charge and the shipping time will be visible at checkout.


IMPORTANT NOTES:
For special events such as Cyber ​​Days , Cyber ​​Monday , Black Friday , among others, the deadline may be extended to a maximum of 10 business days in Lima, 18 business days in the provinces and 25 business days abroad.

You will receive emails about the status of your order from the ecommerce@michellebelau.com mailbox.

In the case of Peru, if the delivery address is incorrect or there is simply no one to receive the order, it will be sent back to our distribution center. In this case, an executive will contact you via email or phone to coordinate a new delivery date. For international orders that have been returned to Peru due to an incorrect address or the customer's unavailability to receive the order, the customer will be responsible for assuming the additional charges for re-delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

At Michèlle Belau we are committed to ensuring that you always receive the ideal product for you, which is why here you will find the general conditions for you to exchange or return the product purchased in our physical or virtual stores. The general conditions for making changes or returns on your purchases are:

Peru:

· Present proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
· Present the online purchase number.
· Present your Identity Document.
· The product must be unused (factory sealed), in perfect condition and have all its accessories, labels and hangtags.
· Be within 14 calendar days after delivery of the product.
· Exchanges must be made in person at any of our stores. Exceptionally and after prior coordination with us, the exchange may be made via courier, in which case the cost of the shipment(s) will be assumed by the customer, except in exceptional promotions and/or special cases.
· We issue credit notes or chargebacks to the credit card originally used at the time of purchase once we receive the products.
· If the customer wishes to make a refund, it must be within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. After the eighth day, the customer may only receive a credit note.
· In the case of a credit note, it is immediate and valid for one year.
· In the case of a chargeback, this is not immediate due to the deadlines of the bank issuing the credit card. We process the chargeback in 1-2 business days, but the bank can take up to 45 business days. Typically it is less days, but we comply with the obligation to notify our clients.

International:

· Send proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) to ecommerce@michellebelau.com
· Send the online purchase number to ecommerce@michellebelau.com
· Send the Identity Document (DNI or passport) linked to the order.
· Send the ticket with the DHL, FEDEX or UPS tracking number to ecommerce@michellebelau.com
· The product must be unused (factory sealed), in perfect condition and have all its accessories, labels and hangtags.
· Be within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.
· Shipping via DHL, FEDEX or UPS to the following address: Av. Mariscal Eloy Ureta 191, San Luis, Lima, 15022, Lima, Peru
· The shipping cost must be assumed by the customer, except in exceptional promotions and/or special cases.
· We issue gift cards or refunds to the credit card originally used at the time of purchase.
· If you want the gift card, we will issue it immediately once we receive all the information detailed above (including the tracking number of the return shipment).
· In the case of a refund, we will only process it once we receive the returned products. Once we have received the products, we process the refund within 1-2 business days and it is the client's bank that sets the deadlines until the client is reimbursed. The bank can take up to 45 business days. Typically it is less days, but we do our best to notify our clients.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
· Exchanges are accepted for products purchased on sale or promotion. (Subject to stock)

CREDIT NOTES: All credit notes issued by Michelle Belau are valid for 1 year from their issuance.

Stock Breaks

Despite our constant efforts to keep our online stock up to date, your order may be out of stock for a product you have requested. Once a stock shortage has been detected, we will try to contact you via email and telephone to inform you of the situation.

To solve this type of problem we have the following options:
· Choose other products from our available stock.
· Partial refund of money for missing products.
