SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

At Michelle Belau we care about meeting the best standards not only in the quality of our products but also in the attention and transparency with our clients.
In this section we detail the maximum delivery times for purchases made through our website. If you have any questions or concerns about this, you can contact us by sending an email to ecommerce@michellebelau.com . Our shipments are managed to the address declared in the purchase process, so it is very important to enter the exact delivery address information.

Shipping in Peru

1. Lima Districts Nearby Ateliers (1 to 3 business days)

  • Districts considered: Cercado de Lima, Barranco, Breña, Jesus María, La Molina, La Victoria, Lince, Magdalena del Mar, Pueblo Libre, Miraflores, Rímac, San Borja, San Isidro, San Luis, San Miguel, Santa Anita, Santiago de Surco and Surquillo.
  • Purchases over S/ 199 include free shipping to these districts.
  • Purchases less than S/ 199 do not include free shipping. The shipping cost is S/ 8.
  • The customer has the option of “Pickup in Store” as an alternative measure.

2. All of Peru (3 to 7 business days)

  • All orders to the districts of Lima not included in the list of “Lima Districts Near Ateliers”, as well as the other provinces of Peru, are subject to a charge of S/ 20.
  • For purchases greater than S/ 499 the shipping cost is waived and becomes free.
  • Purchases less than S/ 499 do not include free shipping. The shipping cost is S/ 20.

For Special Events such as CYBERDAY, CYBERMONDAY, BLACKFRIDAY, among others, the period can be extended to a maximum of 10 business days in Lima and 18 business days in the provinces.
You will receive emails about the dispatch status of your order from the no-reply@driv.in box.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If the delivery address is wrong or the recipient of the order simply cannot be found, it will be sent back to our distribution center. In this case, an executive will contact you via email or phone to coordinate a delivery date again.
During the health emergency declared by Covid-19, conditions beyond Michelle Belau's control may affect delivery times; so these could be extended for up to a maximum period of 60 business days for all our shipments. If delivery is not completed by said date, the client may opt for a refund of the canceled amount.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Michelle Belau we are committed to ensuring that you always receive the ideal product for you, so here you will find the general conditions so that you can exchange or return the product purchased in our physical or virtual stores. You already know that for any particular query about this process you can contact us by sending an email to ecommerce@michellebelau.com.

The general conditions for making changes or returns of your purchases are:

  • Present proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • Present the Identity document.
  • The product must be unused (factory sealed) in perfect condition and have all its accessories, labels and hangtags.
  • Be within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product.
  • Changes must be made in person at any of our stores.
  • Exceptionally and after prior coordination with us, the change may be made by shipping via courier, in which case the cost of the shipment(s) will be assumed by the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Products marked as part of “Clearance”, “Extreme Sale”, “Outlet”, in a 2x1 promotion or with a discount equal to or greater than 40%, are not subject to changes or returns.

CREDIT NOTES

All credit notes issued by Michelle Belau are valid for 1 year from their issuance.

STOCK BREAKOUTS

Despite our constant efforts to keep the online stock updated, your order may be out of stock in a requested product. Once the stock outage is detected, we will try to contact you to inform you of the situation by e-mail and by phone.

To resolve this type of problem we have the following options:

  • Choose other products from our website
  • Partial refund of money for missing products.
